PROFILE:

I am motivated journalist with an extensive knowledge of the journalism industry.  I also have great deal of experience in customer service across a wide range of sectors.

I am an excellent communicator who uses initiative and self-motivation to maintain consistently high standards of work. I thrive within challenging work environments and understand the need to work proactively under pressure. I have demonstrated excellent team leader and membership skills and recognise the need to work successfully both independently and within a team setting.
